Blackpool Sixth welcomes applications from international students.
We have a growing number of students who come from outside the UK to study with us. In recent years, we have welcomed students from many different countries including China, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Italy, Lithuania, Pakistan, Poland, Norway, South Korea, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.
Our international students come to Blackpool Sixth mainly to obtain A Levels and/or other advanced level qualifications, which are very highly regarded and are the passports to University study in the UK and in many other countries worldwide.
Blackpool Sixth has a very strong commitment to being an international community and we are always looking to forge strong links with other parts of the world. Our overseas students are full members of our Sixth Form and enjoy the same opportunities and facilities as all our other students.
We have an International coordinator, John Turnbull, who helps international students through the application and enrolment process and provides further support for students during their time at Sixth Form. Blackpool Sixth can also help arrange high quality host family accommodation for you during your time studying here. For more information, please email John Turnbull on email@example.com.
If you are considering joining us as an overseas student and feel that you need additional advice. When you are ready to apply, use the online application form or the form included with the prospectus. Please complete this with as much information as possible about you and your education, we will then write to you to let you know about the next stage.
For details of course fees and estimated costs for accommodation and living expenses please contact John Turnbull, students from EU or European Economic Area countries will normally qualify for free tuition. Please ask us for advice if you are uncertain of whether you will need to pay fees.
